Planning gigs, new songs and various things

Bristol!

Something put forward a while ago was a Bristol gig, which is gradually getting nearer. The man on the drums has picked up a lot of the work for getting that organised, which has resulted in this:

And the usual joys of getting this all together and reaching out to as many people as possible to turn up has been a unique challenge.

Other gigs and things of note

After their line up change and some various bits and bobs, the Motorwrecked gig is back on the cards also

Speaking of line up changes, we’ve had to let Pete go, as unfortunately his work schedule was preventing us from a lot of practice and gig opportunities.

Something we might host down the line is a gig in Exeter, which would hopefully include some bands that have treated us well in the past, like Pylon Poets and Hole Tripper. I guess we need to reach out to them at some point about that!

Album

The album is coming along nicely in terms of working through the tracks, we’ve played Letting Go and Gates of Gloom at a few gigs, as well as Consequence. We’ll be looking to add a few more in time for the St. Austell gig.

Need to find someone for the artwork and the recording itself. But I guess we need to get the songs down a bit more first.
