  • Feature on The FUD Magazine

Check it out! A fair bit of history of the band, and how we plan to go forward - https://thefudmagazine.wordpress.com/2026/09/25/loud-local-slow-down-world/

  • Website, recording and gigs!

https://slowdownworld.net is online! Built by our very own Matt, who seems to know his stuff when it comes to web design! Thanks to a certain bass player being in Project 50, we’ve managed to get ourselves on the bill for this one. This’ll be a great chance to try things out with our new members and some new tracks. Fingers crossed all will go well!

  • Back into Action

We have ourselves a gig and a new line-up (more on them later!) Bringing some old SDW back into the mix as well as something new (and hopefully interesting!). Stay tuned.

  • Farewell to James

Sadly, we have to say that James is leaving the Slow Down World journey. I don’t think there’s been a previous member who has put more into the band, or better re-enforced the idea that we’re to not settle for anything other than the best possible. Wishing him all the best in what he does … Continue reading Farewell to James
